Als DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) im Plattform Team von fluege.de arbeitest du an der Optimierung unserer AWS-Umgebung, entwickelst CI/CD-Pipelines und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in unseren Plattform-Services. Du bringst dein Know-how in Automatisierung, Monitoring und Cloud-Optimierung ein und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Entwicklern zusammen. Deine Aufgaben
  • Du implementierst und wartest CI/CD-Pipelines in GitLab
  • Du verwaltest und optimierst unsere Infrastruktur mit Terraform.
  • Du optimierst AWS-Kosten durch effiziente Ressourcennutzung, Service-Auswahl und Bundling in PODs.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Entwicklern Tracking- und Monitoring-Lösungen für unsere AWS-Services.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Platform Team zusammen, um zentrale Plattformkomponenten, Templates, Libraries und Services zu betreuen.
Dein Profil
  • Experte im Bereich DevOps (mind. 3 Jahre) sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform und AWS-Kostenoptimierung.
  • Erfahrung mit Observability (Logging, Tracing, Metrics, Alerting).
  • Diese technischen Skills solltest du mitbringen:
    • CI/CD, Container-Orchestrierung (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Infrastruktur als Code & Cloud (Terraform, AWS-Optimierung).
    • Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch).
    • Grundkenntnisse in PHP, optional Golang.
  • Teamplayer mit lösungsorientierter Denkweise in einem standortübergreifenden Umfeld.
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C2) mit. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.

Your tasks
  • You implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
  • You manage and optimize our infrastructure with Terraform.
  • You optimize AWS costs through efficient resource usage, service selection, and bundling in PODs.
  • You work with developers to develop tracking and monitoring solutions for our AWS services.
  • You collaborate closely with our Platform Team to develop and maintain central platform components, templates, libraries, and services.
Your profile
  • Strong experience in DevOps (at least 3 years) as well as basic knowledge of software development.
  • Expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Experience with observability (logging, tracing, metrics, alerting) and AWS cost optimization.
  • These technical skills should be brought to the table:
    • CI/CD, container orchestration (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Infrastructure as Code & Cloud (Terraform, AWS optimization).
    • Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch).
    • Basic knowledge of PHP, optionally Golang.
  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset in a cross-location environment.
  • You have advanced English language skills (C2). German language skills are a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
